Meanwhile Joe has been well rewarded on top of his 600k salary, he clearly stated he wanted to weed out retail holders I doubt retail will get a look in.
This raise could have easily been done a few months ago when sp was higher but this ensures a bargain price for institutional investors. More dilution, good luck.
