I was moderated for not supplying a source even though it was clarified in the following post. After waiting many hours and a number of conversations later I was advised directly by CCC that details of 20 million of the Aug 8 SPP C/N had already been agreed upon and was in the process of being finalised today.
Only 5 million was in doubt. The 20 million was placed with hong Kong and UK investors and if you do your research it will confirm that's where the CCC company secretary was and still will be for ar least another week.
They always confirmed a 2 tranche break up as mentioned above.
The balance of 5M but probably 10 for additional equity was being considered to be placed only with institutional investors and only if absolutely necessary to finalise the Mashala deal.
No private investors will be involved whatsoever.
Not just in my honest opinion but quoted directly from discussions with CCC.
