The level of regulation on Star at the moment means it cannot operate at any type of decent Profit.
People do not want to have to complete a police check in order to have some fun. That's as simple as it is. Casinos make the majority of their money out of VIP customers. VIP customers do not want to give all the details of their lives in order to have fun. Don't blame them.
Doesn't even factor in Cashless coming in soon.
This is just death by over regulation. Plain and simple. it works for banks, because people have to pay their mortgages. it doesn't work for Casinos because people can just go to the local Pub/Club.
