My point is there are a bucket load of shorts in MMX at the moment and any astute market watchers who know how MMX trades will tell you that.
You only referenced what many of us already know in a way that implied you know the market more than we do.
If i may state the bleeding obvious too , THERE IS A COURT CASE VERDICT PENDING.
The shorts are in play for this reason and for the rumours created by the Australian re the Mitsubishi alliance.
