Yes I know .. and I put BUY in my post above.
What I do NOT like is that there was NO time limitations in the Court Order. How does one reconcile the time take by ALL these other JA Decisions to believing that 'the MOST contentious' Application (being PEP11) was going to be ticked and flicked (my words) in such a period of time that there could be a rig in place within the first half of 2024?
We are now nearing the end of April... 2 months left in the financial year - IF approval came tomorrow - I cant see that we will be drilling within 60 days from now - when there is NO NOPSEMA approvals in place yet.
