    Going back over the chart magnum mining hasn't been at 0.015 except for early this year since 2013-2014... ten whole years and looks like the plans are so big that we shouldn't be at these levels... I think we need to figure out what is making us lag behind so much and cut if off before we go into the 0.010 which you need to go back to 2003 to be at the levels of 0.010
