I doubt if you could get that 10.0% of holders to even vote! Could a complaint be lodged with ASIC. I know that ASIC is next to useless, underfunded and really on interested in the big stories. However, a complaint must be lodged concerning the conduct of the directors. If I new how best to frame a complaint I would lodge it today.
