Investor Relations is a different job. She is mediating this this discussion. I think “mediating “ is probably a misnomer. It’s not a confrontational discussion. I also think you will find this is how LC intends to introduce her to shareholders. But shareholders relations involves being the company’s representative to existing and prospective shareholders. Her expertise is Immunotherapies. As LC is based in Sydney and she is very busy running the company, she needs somebody to work on getting US investors on board.
JPM has been very supportive of IMU . They’ve built a strong relationship. So that’s Heather Rowe-Armstrongs job. To manage and support that very important relationship. It’s obvious JPM see big opportunities here.
Just as IMU employed Monil Shah to do deals with other companies. This lady is employed to get new investors on board
IMU isn’t going anywhere without new money coming in.
