Should the metal detector be revived? With gold prices where they are currently, there will be a growing number of sales, enough for an upgrade at the full year. This has happened before many times in the course of this company's history. A metal detector is a big investment if you're living in a 3rd world country, it is between 20% to 40% of your gross yearly income. That's the money you need to feed yourself and your family. However, 1oz is only 28grams at spot thats $2300 USD. So one oz pays for your detector. The incentive to buy one is huge
