Yes, my previous post referred to an MoU. My post didn't suggest it remains at foot, it almost certainly does not. My point was you overlooked it. Now you want to double down and describe it as "hype and hyperbole". To me, describing it as such just diminishes your original post. People can, and did, form their own views of the stated reasons for putting Haber on ice, there will be two camps as always with STX. Some will support the stated position of STX, some will say STX never had the necessary gas. I offer no comment on either as Haber is no longer current, and likely never will be again.
