I try to cultivate optimism, it's been a long time though.
I thought that 2025 to buy my first house in my mid 50s would be the absolute latest for my investment to mature.
Instead, I'm 100,000s in debt and might well be homeless in my 60s, the way they ruthlessly raise rents.
I'm just so distressed.
