Every Bahai believes that there is only one Word of God within it, Baha'u'llah. He has the authority to interpret anything, and has infallibility in doing so according to Baha'is.
The allocation of authority is what leads to the diversity of beliefs and faiths like Islam, JWs, Bahais, wotsup, and many others including the vast majority of the diverse 30,000 "Christian" faiths each believing that they have the only one Word of God and the correct interpretation of the Word.
