Hi raider I'm a former mining engineer not process but I have a decent idea how it works.

Our future, imo, lies in high tech not mass manufacturing.

Reality is that solar panels are a low value item and getting cheaper all the time.

It simply makes no sense to throw money at making them in Australia.
