This is an excellent decision by Imugene.

Owning a production facility only makes sense if you are prepared to work to ensure it's at capacity almost all the time, making a good margin and being profitable. Imagine the bottom fell out of the production market for some reason, and the facility started losing money—it might not be this year, but in two or three years. It could be a disaster.

Unless you want to grow the business, set up a strong alliance with a group that knows the industry and will prioritise your requirements, which is what they've done.

An absolute no-brainer. Well done.
