I also agree with your statement that MEI will be the cheapest producer.

This is from Barrenjoey's most recent broker report which was updated due to the higher recoveries which were announced in late Feb.

"On our updated modelling, we believe MEI’s project requires a NdPr price of ~US$45/kg (previously ~US$50/kg) to earn a >15% IRR, well below hard rock greenfield projects that need >US$100/kg."

"While rare earth prices are a key issue for all aspirants, our modelling suggests MEI is cash break even at ~US$30/kg NdPr and makes a 15% >IRR at US$45/kg."
