Nope, perhaps this means sophisticated inverters who can't buy shares on market below 9 approached leadership for investment options, may be management want to put some cash in as well considering the value proposition has totally changed.. In a way this surprise raise is much better as looking for a CR while low on cash is highly detrimental to share price, I don't expect the share price to correct too much when market opens tomorrow.. good luck
