Correct me if I'm wrong but if this turns out to be a takeover the price will be the price due to Genorah's holdings.

If the takeover route is taken when announced that will be it. Any bidding wars with other parties will have taken place behind the scenes as in reality agreement is only needed with one party.

So if this were happening delays and lack of info is to be expected as any takeover moves will not play out on market.
