Some sort of insto buyer coming in with a cornerstone raise proposal out of the blue that they're building a term sheet around is my vibe, I base that guess on the term sheet probably not being finalized before the halt as I haven't see an term sheet yet and wouldn't spill the beans on the details even if I did, so it's most likely wrong, hahaha. Although guesswork is fun I'll leave it at that until details are officially or unofficially out.
