IMO AVZ have a 0% chance of success at ICSID. The DRC will raise numerous issues starting with the $1M payment to Marius which was widely reported in the media. Unfortunately for AVZ shareholders, AVZ does not appear to have clean hands. Third party funders will shy away from this which is why AVZ have not secured a litigation funder. It is very sad for all the Australian investors that have put their hard earned dollars into AVZ and they have a right to be angry, their Board should have been upfront with them.
