    Since 2015 she never ever said that there won't be a Cap Raising and she probably never will for 2 reasons:

    1. It is not her decision,

    2. As long as there are no sufficient partnership funds or income secured there will always be the need for CR regardless of what runway the project.

    I don't think todays drop is because a CR is around the corner. But, nothing can be ruled out.
