This is the most basic comment so far.
If you have orders that exceed profit/cash positions,do you delay orders and allow competitors to get these contracts and more importantly the relationship?
Considering the company has only one year of profitability, the cash base isn't there yet to self find the orders. This is normal.
it would then delay the sales growth by 3-4 years and lose the rapid momentum? No company does this and for obvious reasons.
Alternatively you borrow at double digit interest rates, the lenders then have some say on business decisions. This would only suit their position and benefit.
The answer is neither. You lock in the sales and ongoing SaaS revenue with rapid growth via investor funding.
Lets stop the stupid comments.
