a few things you can do to try and resolve your problem
get whatever OS updates you can, also driver updates for your hardware and firmware updates for things like your motherboard
pop the lid off your machine and when it crashes see if the fans are still spinning, most importantly the CPU fan
its slowly coming back to me!
