It may be that Australian superannuation funds and fund managers hiding behind nominee companies are better enabled to lend out ARR shares that belong to Mum and Dad Australian investors to make extra profits for the fund managers executives to glean bigger bonuses and even collude with predators to help drive down ARR's price so the potential takeover when it comes will be at a much lower price. The fund managers lending shares effectively have insider info which should be shared with the broader market. The convention of predators being able to hide behind nominee companies to manipulate markets is unjust , unconscionable and indefensible.
It is patently obvious that the positions taken in REE companies by major resource companies recently is a harbinger of future consolidations in the REE area.
