It’s no real wonder the Company is paying huge amounts of Karantzis’s legal fees as the founding Directors and Company Secretary are complicit in the whole saga and are benefliciaries of the performance shares. In relation to the ATO drama Tim Hart, Todd Richards, Scott Minehart, Barnaby Edgerton Warburton were all shareholders or had rights to shares in the British Virgin Island company Isignthis Ltd BVI prior to the ASX listing. NK had them by the Jack’s Crackers but he’s taking the brunt of it.
