This is just another desperate move to keep PLL going and as you say the balance sheet look ok. It wont matter as those in the know arent that stupid. The shorts are jumping on again and unfortunately it seems the only direction for the forseeable future is down.
Talk of PLL not taking their allocation due to it not being profitable should be met with some kind of action to not following their OTA.
Why would they get to pick and choose when they want it. If they cant or wont take it then renegotiate the terms of the OTA to suit the current conditions.
I hope everyone is actually seeing what is going on. It is literally AJM 2.0.
