You've the mindset of a winner, Hoodlum. I too believe the only path forward is approval, because the path of denial was effectively shut down when the Court reversed Scomo's decision. All they can do now is delay it as much as possible.

It is quite powerful to be able to stay zen when the world is panicking, and it's a key ability to able to be a very effective long term investor. If you truly believe approval is inevitable, the longer this takes and the lower the SP goes, the more time we have to accumulate more shares and increase our position. Who knows, perhaps all of us here collectively may own a large chunk of the company by the time approval comes, then we can sell a bit of that back to those who are desperately trying to get in after approval.
