The shares will be part of the new MD’s sign on package
which is standard, ie lowers the salary cash component and he only gets the benefit of the shares if price increases
Brian Roden has been taking shares in lieu of cash for years to save the cash for exploration which in most other junior miner’s management don’t , they bleed the company dry and keep doing capital raises to fund their lifestyle
anyway hopefully the get some sensational drill results from the upcoming campaign
