When there is a general market panic over nothing, actually the world economies are in great shape but some have a tantrum over interest rates - charts won't be helpful. Panic means irrational decision making which means everything becomes unpredictable. What is predictable is that after the panic solid and sound businesses will come back stronger. I expect W2V to be one of those. Time will tell whether got it right or not.
