    June/July construction deadline is going to be a monumental task, we are literally talking 103 days until the end of July. Thinking about this rationally I see that as an almost impossible feat as construction can take time and there are almost always delays. Not to mention any issues that pop up with the equipment that has been gathering dust for some time now.
