Gee I hope you're right. It provides at least one explanation for the suspensions after securing an alternative funding source.
In my experience, companies only stop trading when government permitting outcomes are unfavourable. This is because companies are surprised and need to talk with government officials about what needs to be done as well as revise their business plans.
