Well it is clear that you don't understand the company. LOM does not pay dividends to it's African partners, the JV pays dividends to both LOM and those other parties. You are obviously conflating the dividends paid by the JV to the parties that make it up, and prospective dividends paid to Australian investors from LOM. I hope that helps.
