    NeilDiamondz, we know you are part of Nigel's group. As an AVZ shareholder, have you not asked yourself the question:

    Does Nigel benefit if AVZ is delisted and runs out of money?

    Or put another way, if Nigel or other Board members broke rules, would they willingly let an outsider into the tent to expose their wrongdoings?
