Two issue afaik.
(a) It breaches the Carrinho offtake agreement and (b) exposes shareholders to another year of keeping this thing afloat with zero revenue.
Probably also results in a singificant loss of confidence of major shareholders, potential customers, and the angola gov.
Lindsay sees this as a critical deadline and I agree with him
