I’m not convinced the ODD won’t be delayed and PAA will have to beg for cash before the designation comes. While MT is doing well, the set up these past weeks (a deal seems certain, doesn’t happen, no Plan B for funding) has Roger written all over it. His DNA is in PAA for better and worse.
