i agree. Much of the posting on here is intentionally confusing and misleading or off topic so that retail cannot use HC to inform their investment ideas. For instance very little actual discussion here of the ramifications of this sale.

i see a parallel with the last capital raise at 18 c. It didnt seem like we needed that cash at the time. Obviously in hindsight that move was absolutely key.

smaller cash generation with this sale but keeping as healthy a balance sheet as possible is prudent and maybe even more so as SYA tries partner up or apply for gov funding opportunities
