You have my apologies BS was a poor choice of phase, and although my post was in reply it was not meant to be directed solely at you. Now that we're well back under 10 cents, in a risk off macro environment, and no apparent tangible cincinnal updates from the company for months. My frustrations are coming out as this is going to get ugly and for a prolonged period before any re rate.

I haven't seen the data in a while but IMU is high risk speculative stock, which by many institutional investors standards in not investment grade. Therefore you'll note IMU has a very high Retail Holder carry to the ASX 100 with approximately 30,000 individual holders at 60% - 70% of the stock float.

66,988,213 shares changed hands yesterday at $4,928,095. How many of those trades and dollars do you believe are institutional trades? At 40% you are looking at $1,971,000. Of which if they churned the stock down from the start of the week (sold on Monday, brought on Friday). Is a 23% gain or $453,000. On their total holding size of $200 odd million, Its just not worth their risk and attention.

It is professional and armature traders, darting in and out. Coupled with Retail holder sentiment, position sizing and stop loss triggers. (Including wealthy and sophisticated investors).

Typically $2M - $3M changes hands ever day. There is very little buyers depth and liquidity if you need to buy or sell 1,000,000 share parcel. Or at $100,000 parcel you are now looking at 1,400,000 shares.

I would not place much weight on buyers depth pre auction at open and close. Its an easy path to be manipulated and cheat yourself out of a couple of pips. Not sure where you are getting 84,000,000 of traded shares. But we they were traded off market - Those dark pool trades are not directly impacting the buy and sell action and price on the ASX.
