Ask yourself a very simple question, if no other individual or entity, or expert in the enforcement of ISDS awards, has been able to successfully collect against the DRC, how can you form the view that Nigel can?
Is he secretly highly skilled in advocacy, and diplomacy, and waiting to the very last minute to dazzle his 20,000 shareholders with his immense talents?
The more important question however is: Why are you deliberately misleading investors by suggesting Nigel can collect against the DRC, when it is logically impossible to support that view?
AVZ shareholders who possess a shred of intellect will eventually start asking these questions, and others.
