It will also be interesting to see what happens when Russia eventually bends the Junta over which is a sure thing and/or Russia goes broke after years of funding its War.
Russia will try to get around sanctions by taking gold etc from Mali to fund its military.
I doubt Russia will take any notice of 35% Mali ownership.
