Because of government planning / resourcing failures and lack of resourcing priorities, my regional schools had no choice but to train up our own teaching professionals - 'on the job!'. My schools also conducted their own 'in-house' re-training / updating / upgrade programs and there achievements therein acknowledged by achieving industrial certification awards.

But even they've struggled following the unprecedented diversion of education resources to fund easy $Profit for 'Charities' and insatiable $Greed throughout elitist, education apartheid practising, taxpayer-funded 'private schools'.
