Are the POC’s still active? Have they landed any tangible income? Have the died a natural death? Have any large contracts been landed? If so why not announced? No news in any sane persons mind would resonate with zero large contracts. This is where the whole system falls down, if news cannot be released then the whole of management and employees that know the current developments would be not inclined to offload any shares, including off market transfers, but at the same time the no news flow to shareholders may contribute to sell outs of shares, so in these circumstances there is one group that has an advantage and they need do nothing to benefit from the advantage while the news starved public shareholders can jump both ways and by either movement be financially disadvantaged, and this depends on the machinations in relation to the company financials that we do not know about.

This is where the level playing field rational goes out the window, by or for whatever reasons the current shareholders and / or the investing public are severely disadvantaged by either the company stance or the ASX rules or even the personal opinion of the overlords, what worries me that anything that is indicated via the rare information to existing shareholders dies a natural death and is withheld from the shareholders in order to protect the intrinsic share price in the short term, there has been a history of failed ventures by many a listed entity that just is swept under the carpet and never mentioned again. All these opinions are generated by the mechanism of not knowing, and in many cases of my personal experience in the share market is to err on the side of caution than to find out the hard way. We all know that writing this will fall upon deaf ears, nothing will change and thus the only thing that can change is our own opinion on the evidence or in some cases the lack of evidence that can affect our own personal position.
