The outcome from many causes, one of which is convincing people Ukraine can regain it's territories (no diplomacy is required guys, seriously...). Hodges was talking about reaching Crimea last year, right? Look how that worked out. Shouldn't we be critical of people (retired experts) who have been proved to be completely wrong? Especially when the result of their ideas involves slowly sending a country down the drain.
