How many billions was it for Ukraine?
$90 billion?
Doesn't really matter. They punch the numbers in the machine and it's created.
An electronic transfer goes through to the central bank of Ukraine and it's done.
Ukraine can spend it on bombs and guns and the suppliers will take their electronic transfer in payment.
It's all done on the assumption that they're getting real purchasing power as a quid pro quo.
But what happens when a big puff of wind blows the house of cards over?
It's bound to happen some time, most likely when there's another crash on Wall St, some banks fall over and reassurances from the Federal Reserve won't be accepted in one country and then another and another.
It will happen.
