Clubs just go through that sort of phase. Look at Melbourne between 2009 until Roos came in, far worse than the Eagles & Freo are now. Football clubs have too many clicks & 'boys clubs" full of nepotism that make it very hard to change. Melbourne was very guilty of that & had to clean the whole club out to change it. I'd look at who pulls the strings at WC not who's in the mngt seats.
