granted they don't refer to "profits" as such, preferring to use "surplus" instead. with the Catholic system, surpluses/profits are channelled back into the church funds. I don't know if the Anglican Grammar system does the same.
but surpluses and profits are the same matter of funds that are excess to the operation and investments.
