Pragmatic perhaps, realistic, perhaps less so, risky compared to toll treatment, very high.
I can only think of one small cap producer in the gold space that has succeeded in the last.... 6-7 years.
(not that I have an exhaustive mind or list).
OAU and GBR do have CYL to the north, perhaps over time, RMS might look to bolster it's production at Mt Magnet, but... with Penny ore and now MGVs ore, I think that 2-3 years away minimum.
I do think you are skipping over some extremely large hurdles in regards to building a stand alone plant, but, perhaps I am being too pessimistic.
We will see whether the small players band together, or... continue to stay in their own lanes.
