G'day FooFan, good to hear from a new holder, just keep in mind if BIT encounter problems during the trial they will gap down just like your other two biotechs. Not the outcome I'm banking on but definitely a possibility.
Personally I always prefer a director to have as much skin in the game as possible. Despite this, we must remember that shares are not for everyone, and recent stockmarket turmoil is still seeing the conservative investors sitting out of the market during this volatility.
It would be encouraging to see more shares owned by directors but it is not a particularly important criteria in my mind. Stocks will usually do what they are going to do regardless of the director's buying/selling/holding habits.
