So when you say funding is much easier to overcome now, it implies before July. Because if it's post July, it will be too late, and it won't be called "easy"

So you can't simultaneously be "it is much easier to overcome" and "I don't know how long it would take to secure remaining funding". If you don't have a view on how long it would take to secure funding, how do you know it's much easier to overcome this hurdle know?
