Don't know if this is relevant but they've been given a hard time in the past (particularly from some posters here) about having companies in their back pocket and valuing stocks too high.

Seems your damned if you do and damned if you don't.

I personally like their conservative approach this time round, particularly as they still come out with a near term price target of 10c and a pre spud price of 19c.

Keep in mind too, that pre spud is only about 3 or 4 months to have to hold stock and if this is too long to wait for anyone, then I hope they dont take up property investing instead.
