144 is fully diluted, 136 is what is used by many as the dilution hasn’t happened yet with options etc.
The math works out perfectly to 1.27 billion CAD as listed on google finance.
They raised actual cash from the ASX to be used in Canadian operations, so it was included as a dual listing.
