Well put Muzzarati...I am prepared to be a little more generous maybe a dollar ammount equivalent to a percentage of jack hills after Independent valuation...If we agree that JH is worth around 800Mill for sake of arguement. I think chm will get somewhere between 10 and 20 mill...there will likely be the mandatory appeal by chm or MMX and then a negotiated settlement...But any wild dreams by chmer's of 50 or a hundred mill is just nonesense...
